The Top-ups tab lets you purchase one-time credit packs to add credits to your current balance.
Requirement: Top-ups are only available for paid subscribers (Lite, Starter, or Pro). Free plan users see a message prompting them to upgrade.
– Credits Summary
A card at the top shows your current credit usage with a progress bar, identical to the one on the Plans tab.

– Purchasing a Top-up
- Click Buy Credits on the desired pack.
- You are redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page.
- Enter your payment details and confirm. This is a one-time charge, not a recurring subscription.
- After payment, you are redirected back to the Billing page (Top-ups tab) with a confirmation message.
- Your credit balance is updated immediately.
If you cancel the checkout, you are returned to the Billing page with a message confirming no purchase was made.
Important notes:
- Top-up credits are added to your current billing period total.
- Top-up credits do not carry over when your subscription renews (your credits reset to the plan’s standard amount at renewal).
- You can purchase multiple top-ups as needed.
