Quickly check your students’ course progress

Course Progress

Get to know how your students are advancing in a course – whether they’re performing well, lagging behind, or dropping off. Teachers can use this insight to identify underperforming students. You can also export student data on a click of a button.

Find out the most popular courses among students

Popular Courses

Leverage your best-performing courses by understanding student preferences. You can increase engagement levels and enrollments by making this data available to prospective students. You can also improve your current courses or create new ones based on this information.

Easily view overall activities on your Moodle site

Daily Activities

Get a good handle on Moodle analytics with this activity tracking block. It gives you crucial details of day-to-day activities, such as the number of Enrolments, Activity Completion, Course Completions, New Registrations, and Visits. It also lets you know the number of learners logged in during the day.

Plan tasks based on daily/weekly trends of most active users

Site Access Information

Do you want to organize an event on your platform? or Want to know what would be the best time to put your site in maintenance mode? This reporting block helps you understand when users are most active during the day so you can schedule your tasks accordingly.

Monitor real-time users and handle downtime like a PRO

Real-Time Users

This block reports activity as it happens on your Moodle site. It keeps track of online users, how long they’ve been active and when it’s safe to bring down your site under maintenance without affecting learning.

Identify and Re-engage inactive users

Inactive Users List

Some users might lapse, never to be seen again on your learning platform. But they are not gone! You can incite interest by reaching out to them to get to the bottom of their concerns. This nifty block helps you with the list of inactive users on your platform.

Know your top courses with the highest number of certificates

Certificates Stats

Get to know how many certificates are issued for a certain course. You can easily roll out certificates using the custom_certificate mod plugin. The more the certificates issued, the more popular your courses are, and the frequency of enrollment into those courses quickly increases.

Schedule Moodle reports with granular control

Report scheduling

You don’t go to the reports. Reports will come to you 😉 You can easily automate reports such that you receive them daily, weekly or on a certain day of the week. Save your time and be productive elsewhere. The block takes care of managing the schedule of your reports for effective Moodle analytics.

    Awesome Plugin!!

I can't believe that this is free! Feels like a premium version. Almost all my report needs are here. And even this is a free plugin, the support feels like it is a paid plugin. Very fast and responsive. Thumbs up, Edwiser! Shout out to Mr. Rushikesh for the big help setting and resolving my plugin issue. 🙂

Good report, but could be better

These reports are ok, from system perpective, but I would pay for plugin that can provide me customizable course specific data.

    Great!!

The UI and reporting tools are great. I enjoy that the reports can be received via email. The UI also is modern and this helps a lot with usability. Looking forward to the reporting tool to provide more accuracy on the dashboard block. And for the course completion report to include the user's email address as the unique user identifier to use against the unique user profile reports.
