Excellent Support
At the time of installation, I received excellent technical support.
Great Reports options. Syncronisation could be better
It offers great report options and customisations. However, I observed one scenario where the dashboard report/analytic is different from the Report dashboard, especially for courses that have opening and closing dates. The dashboard course stats don't take into consideration user completion reports of courses that have exceeded the course closing date.
