The App Dashboard tab gives you a clear picture of how your mobile app is being used.
If You Are on the Free Plan
The dashboard shows:
- Plan badge: “Free plan”
- Push notification usage: A progress bar showing how many of your 3,000 notifications have been used.
- Learner activity:
- How many times learners tried to download a course but were blocked (because of the 3-course limit).
- How many unique learners were affected by limits.
- How many learners asked you to unlock more features.
- Feature comparison: A table comparing Free vs Premium so you can see what you are missing.
- Upgrade button: A quick link to purchase the Premium plan.
If You Are on the Premium Plan
The dashboard shows:
- Plan badge: “Premium plan”
- Renewal date: When your subscription renews next.
- Manage subscription: A link to your Edwiser account to manage billing.
- App activity:
- Total push notifications sent (unlimited).
- Total offline course downloads (unlimited).
- Number of active learners using the app.
- Everything Unlocked banner: Confirms you have full access.
- Google Analytics status: Shows whether analytics is turned on or off, with a link to settings.
Dashboard Terms Explained
| Term | Meaning |

| Offline downloads blocked | A learner tried to save a course to their phone for offline use, but they already had 3 courses saved (Free plan limit). |
| Learners affected | The number of different learners who hit a limit at least once. |
| Asked you directly | Learners who tapped “Ask admin to unlock” inside the app because they wanted more features. |
| Push notifications sent | Messages sent to learners’ phones (like assignment reminders, forum posts, etc.). |
| Active learners | The number of learners who have logged into the app at least once. |
