Push notifications are messages sent directly to learners’ phones — even when the app is closed. They are used for reminders, forum replies, assignment deadlines, and more.
Free Plan Push Limits
- 3,000 push notifications.
- After 3,000 notifications, new messages will not be delivered.
Premium Plan Push Limits
- Unlimited push notifications.
- There is no cap. All learners receive all notifications.
How to Check Your Push Usage
- Go to the App Dashboard tab.
- Look at the Push notification usage section.
- The progress bar shows how many notifications have been sent and how many remain.
Warning Emails
If you are on the Free plan and reach 75% of your limit (750 notifications), the plugin automatically sends you a warning email. This helps you decide whether to upgrade to Premium before notifications stop.
Weekly Summary Emails
Every Monday, Free-plan sites receive a weekly email summarizing:
- How many learners hit a limit.
- How many offline downloads were blocked.
- How many learners asked you to unlock more features.
This email helps you understand if your learners need more than the Free plan offers.
