Which version of Moodle™ software does the Bulk Purchase extension work with?

 

The Bulk Purchase extension works with Moodle™ software version 3.9 – 3.11(latest Moodle version).

Does the Bulk purchase functionality work with WooCommerce Subscription?

 

Moodle™ software Courses can be sold as a WooCommerce subscription-based product using Edwiser Bridge PRO. However, specifically, the Bulk Purchase functionality with not work with WooCommerce subscription i.e. If you are purchasing multiple seats in a course using Bulk purchase functionality then that purchase cannot be made in a subscription model.

Does the plugin support WordPress Multisite environment?

 

No, the plugin is not supported in WordPress Multisite environment. However, Multiple individual WordPress sites (not Multisite WordPress) can be connected to One Moodle™ software site.

Do the plugin work with MoodleCloud?

 

Edwiser Products/Plugins works perfectly on any hosting instance. However, if MoodleCloud or your hosting provider does not allow 3rd party plugin installation then you won’t have the ability to install any 3rd party plugin including ours.

If I buy Course 1 in bulk for 4 students. I enroll 1 student. Then from your Enroll Student page, I purchase another product, Course 2 and add it to my Course 1 group. Now I enroll 2 more students. So will the 1st student be enrolled in Course 2?

 

Yes, student 1 will automatically be enrolled in Course2 when you purchase it and add it to the group Course1. All students enrolled in the group will be enrolled in the newly purchased course.

When I go to purchase a product from the Enroll Student page, why am I not able to choose the quantity of the product? Why is there a default quantity already mentioned there?

 

The default quantity is the number of seats you have in the group to which you are trying to add the new Product to. Sometimes the license key does not get activated because the ” curl_exec ” PHP file is not enabled in your WordPress. Once you have enabled this file your license key will be activated.

You can enrol yourself just as you would any other user. Click on the Enrol Students link which you get in the email sent to you and enter your own details to enrol yourself. A counter will display the number of seats available.

One Business License(2 sites License/Staging+Production) can be activated on 2 Moodle™ software/WordPress sites. It could be 2 Staging (Test) or 2 Production (Live) or a Combination of Staging + Production site [Recommended]

What is the difference between Annual License and Lifetime license?

 

With an Annual License, you get access to Product support and updates for 1 Year. After the License expiry, you need to renew your license to continue getting Product Support and Updates. 
Note: If the purchase is made from our website then you are subscribed to auto-renewal when you purchase Annual License. You can always opt to cancel auto-renewal by canceling the subscription from your PayPal account.

With a Lifetime License, you get access to product support and updates for Lifetime. And you do not have to renew the subscription every year.
Note: The number of licenses/sites on which the product can be activated does not change depending on the License type (Annual/Lifetime)

How do I reset the License keys if the activation count is reached?

 

The activation count is reached most of the time when you take down the site/uninstall Moodle™ software/WordPress without deactivating the License keys. To reset the activation, navigate to My Account page > Click on the Key Icon > Manage sites > Here you will find the option to reset the activation.

Where do I find Staging/Test Site and Production/Live Site License keys?

 

Any Business License(2 sites/Staging+Production license) can be used to activate the license on Staging/Test Site and Production/Live Site i.e the same unique license key can be used on both the instances.
